Do you have homes for sale on this site?
No. We do not publish listings here. This site is for people to find us and hire us as their agents. When you are ready to look, call us and we will search for you.
Who will I be working with?
Genco Realty is a mother-daughter duo: Danielle Goodwin, Broker / Owner, and Sofija Gjonbalaj-Cobaj, Real Estate Agent. The brokerage was founded by a mother with a passion for real estate, and her daughter has since joined her. You work directly with us.
Where do you work?
All of Connecticut. We are a family-owned Connecticut brokerage and we work with buyers and sellers across the entire state. Call us about your town.

Yes. Helping first-time buyers is one of the main things we do. We will walk you through each step and advocate for you along the way.
